nl fogging issues

so without fail on crisp mornings my left eye will fog up. not my right, just my left. i can sorta chalk it up to me being a bit teary eyed if theres a cold wind, temps whatever, but still kinda strange that its just one eye and not both. anybody have experience with this

Wind and cold gets my eyes pretty teary. It is usually pretty equal. Maybe see an ophthalmologist?

ya i actually have. your probably right. i should just stop crying about it

I’ve found any sort of face mask directs my exhaled breath upwards into the ocular of a pair of binos and Will fog them up.
