Let the youngster shoot a Nilgai cow with the 6 creed (Unknown Munitions 105 Berger Hybrid). We first ranged her at about 450ish yards and cut the distance to about 175 yards she was slightly 1/4’ing away. Lil Bill settled it and took the shot she ran less than 15 yards before pilling up.

Where are some good places to hunt them? It seems like the King ranch day hunts, and then have enough cash on you to shoot two is the most bang for the buck.

Beyond they get stupid expensive fast. A lot of money for 8 or 9 inches of horn.

In my opinion, hunting nilgai isn't about the horns, although they do make a pretty cool mount, it is about the meat. Some of the best eating animals that you can shoot.
