I know. Just sent a rifle scope back that was bad and got a reply back that it was irreparable and they sent me a credit voucher. The amount was more than I paid for the scope however, since they don't carry rifle scopes, I have to buy another Nikon product. So, I'm thinking I'll have to buy something, then sell it to get $ for a new scope which is what I need. So not a great deal but at least they didn't just blow it off.
