WTS Nikon Fieldscope II & III Spotting Scopes

I have two Nikon Fieldscopes. Both have 20 - 45x eye pieces.
One is a Fieldscope II with ED lens Top in picture
The other is a Fieldscope III Bottom in picture

My old eyes can't tell the difference in the lens.
I also have a Vortex "carry cover/bag" that will fit either. Free to first buyer

My only reason for selling is I want the angled version.

The top scope with the RED ring is the ED version Fieldscope II.
RED ring = ED glass.
The bottom picture is the Fieldscope III it is NOT an ED version
The Field scope III has a sunshade that slide out, and is marked waterproof
The tripod mount location is the other difference.
