Any information on weight and dimensions? My googlefu is not locating this model. I am looking for a lightweight model similar to the Kowa 502

I think I replied via text, sorry for the slow reply on here. With the 20x lens (largest one) it weighed 2#4oz.

You will have to spend significantly more $ to drop any meaningful amount of weight with a 60mm. Actual weights tend to vary from published weights as well (sometimes misleading / not including eyepiece). This scope is not heavy nor bulky to pack.

Got a question about ED vs EDII vs EDIII. I’m not super knowledgeable on the differences and would appreciate input! I believe it’s primarily coatings/waterproofness.

This is an ED version, the II had some black near eyepiece on body and the III looked very different and said "waterproof" on the sides.

Version I will not accept all eye pieces (newer ones will not fit) Maybe only zoom will not fit?
Version II will accept older and newer eye pieces, have black rubber at eye piece end.
Version III will accept older and newer eye pieces, have black rubber at eye piece end, mounting foot is in front of the focus ring, waterproof.
ED = better glass and will have small red ring at the objective end.
All are built like tank

Here is a zoom eye piece picture, notice the left end that goes into the scope. IIRC it's too long to go into Version I. P1000579.JPG

Here is a picture of Version II and III. II is top.
II is ED. III is not ED.
Notice the mounting foot location. Rubber focus ring and at objective end changed slightly.
My III is not marked "Waterproof", maybe early ones were not?
Both are straight versions; they also were made angled.
Anyone have an angled to trade?
