UM Tikka rings, or an SRS picatinney rail, degreased and bonded to the action with Loctite 380. Then yes, I would use NF UL pic rings.
How necessary is bonding the SRS rail compared to other rails? My SRS sure seems to fit about perfect and the recoil lugs or pins are super tight.

Depends on how sure that you want to be that there is no movement with the rifle system? But it’s not SRS versus others- it’s all rails.
It is so easy and takes so little time (about 60sec) to bond a rail with Loctite 380, that I can’t think of a functional reason to not do so. It also isn’t hard to remove when you want to- a few seconds with a butane torch and it pops off.

This is what I needed. Thank you. Ordering 380 now.

No problem. How I do it is in the “bonding a rail to an action” thread in the optics forum.

If you take it off, you can swipe/scrape off the 380- a little clean up, but not bad.

Is removing JB weld a similar process? Have a tikka with a rail and I'm debating between taking the rail off, or getting more pic rings when I swap a scope to it that is in UM tikka rings already

I found that thread and seems easy enough. I change thoughts so much that I was afraid to commit to what I thought was mostly permanent, but sounds like it is not at all. I like the UM direct rings but I swap scopes around so much that I like rails for that reason

Surprised to see that Spuhrs don’t take impacts well. They’re beefy.

All my scopes sit in NF UL rings or NF Ultramounts so this is more academic to me.
