I have a brand new pair of Saucony Peregrine 8 GTX trail running shoes in size 11.5.
These have an aggressive tread and I have found them to be great for dirt, gravel, and snowpack. However, they are not ideal for long runs on pavement.
These do have a waterproof Gore-tex liner.
