Has anyone used Next Ridge Outfitters in Newfoundland for a moose hunt? Thinking about booking with them.

Yep. Hunted with them last month. Top notch outfit. Highly recommend them. My dad took his with a bow and got mine with a rifle.
comfortable camps, good food, good animals, good guides. We lost one day due to the remnants of the hurricane blowing through keeping us from flying in.
My dad and I in one camp, four other guys together in a different camp. Everyone still got great animals, even short a day. Guide did a great job calling the bulls in even though rut wasn’t in full swing yet. Check out their instagram and you will see pics of the bulls from this year. Really impressive.

This is an old post but thought I would give my thoughts anyway. Next Ridge Outfitters are top notch! Our group of 4 were all successful. This was a large part of picking them as our outfitter as they almost guaranteed we would all have an opportunity to fill our tags. Shane, along with his son and the rest of the team did a great job. We chose to do the remote spike camp as we wanted the most rugged experience that we could. We had luxury's like hot water and good tents with heat though. We literally stepped off the wooden walk and helicopter platform and were hunting in this great landscape. Visions of the bay as we walked and the moose were top notch. Our guides were very handy and at one point had to doctor my buddies cut that he got while helping to process his brothers moose. I would highly recommend this outfitter. Trip of a lifetime.

Thank You. Cool thing was my hunting buddy took his shot and then as we were congratulating and high-fiving with our guide and each other mine came across the ridge and I literally sat down with my rifle on his sticks that were already set up and shot mine. Two moose harvested not 15 yatds apart.
