Newbie...need some help

So I just got a Nikon Fieldscope III ED 82mm with a manfrotto tripod and grip ball head. I also bought the Cabelas euro/Meopta Meostar b1 12x50 HD binos which already have an Outdoorsman stud on there. I would like to be able to interchange between the binos and the spotter on the tripod but I don't know what else I need to get to be able to make this work. I know I need the outdoorsman bino adapter but what else do I need to be able to swap between the two easily? How does the bino adapter attach to the head? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Bolt one of these to the bottom of the OD Binocular Adapter. The binocular adapter is pre-drilled and tapped for this.
