Newbie from Southern Oregon

Hello all, just thought I’d throw out my first thread. I have been reading threads on Rokslide for quite sometime now. I spend most of my time chasing salmon/steelhead in Southern Oregon. However, I have been getting back into hunting as well. I spent the last five years stationed at Ft. Polk, Louisiana as an Infantryman in the US Army. I was geared up for whitetail hunting, and redfish on the aquatic side. Growing up I hunted Mule Deer in North East California (when I could draw a tag!), bears, and lots of waterfowl in the Sacramento Valley. I’m glad that I finally decided to post something, and I am looking forward to learning from you all.
