New York Deer Processing Recommendations

Hi - does anybody in Ulster, Orange, Dutchess, Putnam or Westchester counties in New York have a butcher they like and can recommend? Ideally somebody who will do sausages, kielbasa, salami, jerky, etc.

I get my deer butchered in Sullivan Co. (by Monticello sort of) when I don't think I will have the time to do it. The guy does a good job with the cuts and packaging. There's a good place in Paterson NJ to have some sausages made. I know neither of those are in the counties you asked for, but seeing there weren't many other replies, figured I would chime in. I don't mind driving so maybe I'm different.

who's your guy in Sullivan county? I typically process my own deer too but I have a friend in Sullivan who I may like to recommend your processor too. Thanks.

East Fishkill Provisions in Dutchess County is awesome. They don't butcher deer, but they can recommend someone if you need it; you have to bring it in boned out. I've had their kielbasa, smoked sausage, cheddar peppercorn kielbasa, cheddar jalapeno hot dogs and breakfast sausage. They also make jerky and a bunch of other stuff. Here's the web site.
