For non goat guys like me, it's hard to gather just how big it is by looking at the skull and the angled pic in the article. The only one that really jumps out is the picture of it on the table next to the skull, wow!

That was my exact thought as well. The pic on the table is unreal, huge.

I just looked at the chart again and #2 through #10 differ by less than 2" over a span of 78 years. This is epic in the hunting world.

At 12 7/8" each horn it is nuts how close to 13" this goat came.

Saw the Euro and talked to the hunter at the Wild Sheep Society of BC Convention this past weekend (actually mainly listened to his hunting story!). Great guy and a GIANT goat. Should win a Sagamore Hill B&C award for it! Doesn’t look like a goat, rather some new unknown species it is so large.
