I've had one in .300 Win for 3 years. Great rifle. Stock isn't the greatest, but it's a lot better than most other polymer stocks. I personally like the Mark V action over the 307 (700 clone), they have a really positive feeling bolt throw and the safety is stout, which makes it hard to bump off unintentionally. If you like to swap components I would say go with the 307 just for the parts compatibility, but if you like the Live Wild as it sits I'd go with that. If you buy it and decide you don't like the stock, you can put one of the Peak 44's on it and you've got a Mark V Backcountry 2.0.
