New waterfowl gun recommendations

I hunt the east coast sound for divers I shoot 3.5" #2s on the big water...had a 391 after 10 years picked up a A400 with the kickoff. I wont shoot anything else....YMMV

I've had Stoegers that functioned pretty well flawlessly for 8 years then I bought a Maxus and have been very happy with it. I went to the store and shouldered all of them and decided whichever fit me the best was the one I was leaving with. I've heard great things about the Remington Versamax other than it being a little heavy. My buddy has new A5 that has been back to Browning twice but you could get a lemon with any of them.

Maxus or versamax fit what you're looking for, but the beretta a400 is better built than both of those. When I took apart my brother in laws a400 I was kicking myself for buying the maxus, lots of plastic parts in the maxus and lots of steel parts in the berretta.
