New tricer bipod

Much appreciated! Is that with the Arca adapter or their Pic adapter?

Ill be running mine setup as Arca on my XLR.

Curious how easy of a swap it is from ARCA to their stud/pic adpater? My wifes rifle doesnt have a rail or anything on it.

15.3 w/ pic & 15.4 w/ ARCA

My shipping label was created today.... I'm doubtful I'll get the bipod by saturday... Which is a huge bummer cuz I'm getting on a plane to hunt on Sunday.... Would have been nice to get to use it in real world experience

For all you folks ordering, have you been running bipods around the 1lb mark for hunting already? Would love to grab one but worry it’ll make my 7PRC a bit too heavy for my liking. Currently have the rifle at around 8.7lbs which feels pretty good to me.

Yes

This will be replacing a 24oz Hatch
Gonna be amazing

Except for the panning. That is even worse than I imagined it would be (full, unlimited rotation) I desperately hope they come out with a non-panning version soon

I have been yeah. I usually have the 12-24 harris on which is a little north of 20 oz.

I've been using a spartan so going this heavy will be a huge change, I never carry them attached to the rifle, drives me nuts.

The panning thing worries me as well.

I’m in your same boat. But I’m going to attach the Spartan arca adapter and leave it in there permanently so I can still use the Spartan adapter on all of my guns. Should be an even quicker deployment. Or so I hope…

I like this idea. I'll be curious how the spartan magnet holds with all the button pushing, leg spreading/ twisting, pulling, etc as you manipulate the tricer?

Enjoying playing around with it this evening. Build quality is nice and everything makes sense.

Most versatile bipod I have tried for sure at the expense of a little slower to deploy. I think it will be a fine hunting bipod!

My thoughts/comments:

Hope there will be a non pan option down the road. It locks pretty tight but to have it loose enough to fix your cant means you can inadvertently be panning.

The throw lever doesn’t have much clearance and can get in the way of the leg button

For my Seekins brethren using a QD strap, there wasn’t space to run the adapter normal and I had to flip it to overhang off the front of the stock so I can still use a strap.

I will be installing fixed pic mounts and I think that will help.

Excited to shoot with it!
