New tricer bipod

Got mine in today and did some messing around with it. 15.4 oz on my scale with arca clamp. Keeps me just barely under weight for open light NRLH. As long as it holds up, this should be a great bipod.

Got mine today, loved it so much an ordered another… thing is awesome I can kneel, sit, go prone behind it. Can’t wait to get some field time in the mountains shooting rocks and coyotes this summer!
Yeah I was surprised I could kneel as well. And could sit with the last leg still stowed, making it a quicker shot.

Mine just showed up. Literally walked in the door opened it up worked through the adjustments, quickly test fit it on 3 rifles then threw it on my Tikka T1x. I ran a mag through it from the sitting position on my little rimfire range out my bedroom window… #singlelife. so far I think it is an absolute great bipod for the money. Intuitive light and seems to be well made. As I shoot more, if anything seems amiss I’ll figure it out quickly, my friends joke that I can break something just by looking at it. 😂

Got my shipping notice today, so hoping to play with it soon. Should be great for upcoming rock chuck shooting in the canyon. I was toting my tripod over the weekend, but this should be the ticket and be quite a bit lighter to carry.

@JREG19 Don't feel too bad, mine hasn't either. But I was resistant to it and late to the party... So i'm sure ill be one of the last guys getting one. Just hope it gets here in time for some spring bear action.

Someone should weigh out the tripod with the short legs and without any legs if they get a chance! I have some curiosity about retro fitting some custom fixed length carbon legs to it since i carry a tripod most of the time anyways.

Weight is 15.3oz. Tall legs are 7.7oz. Short legs should be 3.4oz. So the body should be 7.6oz.

Much appreciated! Is that with the Arca adapter or their Pic adapter?

Ill be running mine setup as Arca on my XLR.

Curious how easy of a swap it is from ARCA to their stud/pic adpater? My wifes rifle doesnt have a rail or anything on it.

Interesting. With the short legs being only 3.4oz my thoughts of even trying to come up with a lighter adaptable fixed option may be kind of a moot point. I'd think with even decently light CF legs after adding some kind of feet and securement theyd probably end up within an ounce or so...

It comes with the pic clamp installed so no swap would be needed. Their sling stud adapter mounts to the rifle and gives you a pic mounting interface.
