New tricer bipod

After looking at the above responses about transparency, I’m curious why there’s not more love for the American made Rokstedi bipod? The HK doesn’t have panning and is pretty close to the same weight (I think).

It’s a bit of a higher price tag but Craig seems to be very transparent about his products and where he sources parts from.

Not bashing anyone’s decision on which products to buy but that seems to be an American company that doesn’t get a lot of attention.

I bought the P242 from Rokstedi after learning Tricer wasn’t going to make anything taller than what was offered. He comes off as an ass in multiple threads now, so I’ll follow his advice and not buy his product.

Tried it, couldn’t stand the leg deployment and with how thin they are it felt unstable at height.

Ya man that's a post from 5 years ago that someone went and dug up. It took the owner of the site my good friend 2 hours to even find that thread. I love the dedication of all my haters trying to throw shade my way. Businesses evolve I lost $100s of thousands of dollars the first few years of Tricer all of which was self funded.

I don't hide where I make my products. Tried to do it here and then we moved overseas. No shame in my game I have said this openly probably 100s of times on my podcast and other podcasts.

If you don't like me don't buy my stuff. Over 6,000 bipods sold so far we will be out of stock again in a few weeks. I think we will reach the 30,000 bipod mark by the end of the year.

I am sitting on the beach right now on a Monday with my family. My company is incredibly successful and I blessed to be running it. I will hunt probably 150 days this year I have made it lol. The proof is in the success. Everyone can hate and try and drag me down but damn I am living the dream.

My stuff is made in China soon to be Vietnam if you don't like it don't buy it.

Oof, you sound humble.

Followed @Shortschaf measurements for where the ball is vertically in the housing and pinned it, mine ended up off a bit horizontally but still allows can’t both ways but no panning.

Were instructions posted and then retracted? I'm not seeing any details and trying to avoid spamming inboxes if it's somewhere I missed.

I’ve seen several posts like that from him in all kinds of threads. Not a dude I’d want to give my money to.

Can concur..

I’ll buy American made stuff from reputable people before supporting those that rip them off.

He had PM'd for instructions

but here I just made a thread with the instructions for anyone interested:

His “greatest hunting head of all time” thread was a classic
I missed that one and hadn't followed the tricer product lineup until the bipod release. I wondered why people were so hard on the guy but after hearing him on a podcast or two and reading more of his posts it makes sense now.

So many bitches on this site.
Use your fuckin made in China phone while you drive your Chinese chiped truck calling out a guy that makes a affordable product. He may have started wanting to stay all American but needs to make a living and make it affordable.
Don’t buy one.Simple
@Team4LongGun and @fngTony,
Maybe a little too colorful language, especially considering the recent post of @Team4LongGun

Your right.
I should have worded it better.
Puzzling all the hype and praise than always a few stirring the shit off the words of a few guys.
Seems like a solid product for the cost.

Just found out that the new MDT mountain bipod outer carbon leg has the same OD as the inner most carbon leg on the Tricer. This means it would be easy to move the long legs of the Tricer onto the mountain bipod which has a lighter and a no panning head. This brings weight to about 12oz total and height to about 32in. I’m very tempted to put this together but it’s expensive.

Spent some time behind it. The only benefit was the weight. But everything else felt a negative in comparison. The panning is a horrendous feature. Damn thing was twisted all over hell half the time. The backwards release on the legs was also a negative, but something you could definitely get used to with adequate usage. I’ll take the hatch and an extra 6oz 10/10 times personally.
