I do have a pretty trusted shop and this is pretty much my basic operating theoryA lot of good answers already but thought I’d give my 2 cents as well. Beendare laid out the complete path but the quick version is: if you’re new to tuning and you have a shop you trust nearby it’s easiest to just have them verify center shot and “overall functionality” ( like cam timing/lean etc) of the bow first. If it’s a decent shop, they will have paper for you to shoot through, may help look at your form and make sure you’re not doing anything too egregiously wrong. You can do all this yourself obviously (pay attention to how the shop does it if you can and ask a few questions) but you probably need some stuff from the shop anyway, right ?
Once those variables are eliminated, you can do most of what needs to be done by just broadhead tuning out to 60 yds. If FP don’t hit with BH, make sure you have no vane contact with the rest and then start making rest adjustments ( or use other bow adjustments) until they come together.
There’s a TON of other stuff you can do but basically, if you verify center shot and then broadhead tune, you should be good.
