New to Trinity Mountains

The burns made it easy to spot the bucks that used to be hard to find. Lots of people the first 3-4 days. The last week with weather they all migrate out. Dm and I’ll give you a head start

Hunted it the first time last fall, the second week of the season, and we went 9 miles in. Saw some does our 1st full day (one must have been used to hikers cause it spent the night walking around our camp lol). One buddy spotted a shooter buck and made a play on it but it didnt work out and we had to leave the next day. It was neat country to see and we only saw a day hunter at the trailhead. Next time I think we'll try to hit up burned areas, considering we didnt see much and it seems a lot of nice bucks get killed in the burns, plus its a little easier to glass them up.
