New Stone Glacier XCurve frame changes.

I'm trying to get a handle on what Stone Glacier did with the recent change to the xcurve frame. From what I can tell, they just changed the composite in their stays. Does anyone know more about this?

The old x-curve stays were straight carbon tubes with titanium couplers that made up the bends. The new stays are a flat carbon laminate with the bends molded in. I've heard the shape is basically the same, but the new stays save a few ounces.

the bends are also less sharp and more curved which makes the fit more comfortable. I will say it isn't a huge different in overall fit and comfort.
