Is there a tradeoff for heavier lift going from 4 to 3 or is just a surface area engagement thing?

They discuss this very subject on their release video. They claim to have redesigned the action to make the bolt lift light and smooth. Which as you mentioned was a compromise for a 60degree bolt in the past.

Fantastic! In the Seekins Facebook group, Glen mentioned that PH3 shipments have started this week. Did your payment include a 30% deposit or was it paid in full? I understand orders with full payment are prioritized over deposits. Also, what caliber did you order? I made a prepayment for a 22" 7mm BC in woodland.
Which Facebook group. I can’t find his post in the owners group. Maybe I’m blind

Thanks all! I've placed an order through euro optics. They told me that they should have them come in next month. Call them to get better pricing than shown on their site.
How much better is pricing when you call, just curious as i already placed an order for a hunter element through scheels

I am interested in the weight of the Element. That has kept me holding off on a preorder. I still want under 7.5 lbs all in for rifle S&B and TBAC 7

If the element is 6lbs. I will be very close on weight.
Believe I can replace barrel with a thin/shorter taper all steel to get there

If I have to eat the weighting the Supressor
I cab liven with it

I'd be surprised if you could keep it at your desired weight , what S&B scope are you running? My zenith 3-12 weighs 26oz, rings 4 oz so that's pretty close to 2 lbs.

Maybe if you replaced the barrel but not sure how much that would save you. I'd imagine you'd only save weight with a shorter barrel, don't think you'd save much on the barrel contour.

I ordered a hunter element and am happy with total package under 8lbs

S&B Klassic 3x12 x42 and NF rings
Just curious have you ran that scope on a 20 moa rail before?

I was advised that it wouldn't work as there wasn't enough adjustment in the scope.

I love that scope though and have 2 of them on other rifles that are on 0 moa mounts

Used a zero rail Limited dialing distance and not shooting past 600 max. More a 500 yard set up but there are holdover marks in the scope that “if”
I had to for the “right” animal I could hold over. I would know the distance of these holdover before I would even consider taking a shot.

I have the scope mounted up now. I can test it to 450 but not beyond that.

I was told that you wouldn't be able to zero the rifle when put on a 20 moa rail. Apparently you would end up with a zero that would be a few inches high at 200 yards.

I've never confirmed if that would indeed be the case which was why I asked if you had put your klassik on a 20 moa rail.

Reading this thread is amping up the excitement for the ph3 I ordered from Euro Optic the other day. I ordered a 300wm with the 22" barrel. I'll be running a vortex viper hd 5-25×50 and maybe upgrade to a nf in the future. Now I'm just trying to figure out what can to put on it. Anyone recommendations?

I just pre ordered a Seekins Elwment M3 7mm BC through Scopelist for $2599. You can make them an offer. They countered my offer with $2599 + tax ans $13.95 shipping. I was able to place a 25% deposit. They are a subsidiary of Europtic I've heard. It says 4-8 weeks estimated.

Hey Volume, did you call and ask them to work you a better price? Or did they just give you a better price because you called? Really appreciate you trying to get us a better deal.

Also, I called and spoke with Jordan and Seekins the other day and had a great experience. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and urged me to give them a shout if I had any more questions. I have never owned a Seekins rifle (I've loved their rings and other components for years), but after hearing the feedback from alot of you guys, and the exceptional customer service I received, I'm placing an order.

Last, this is my first post. Been reading through the forums for way too long to not have an account, and I am excited to contribute and learn more.

Find the #SKU of the items you are interested in ordering from their site and email them with the #SKU and ask them for a quote.
