I dropped it off with the smith and had him work on the bolt some. It is now the smoothest Savage cycling bolt I've ever felt.

The rifle is 100% new and unfired.

I bought it after a night of WAY too much whiskey and have always been fascinated with the 280 Ackley. In reality, I don't need it, as I've got a 7mm-08 and a 7saum (and want to move the funds from this towards a lever action in 45 colt)
