new rifle...

ive been in the market for a while,i looked at the new franchi rifle has anyone bought one?its a few hundred cheaper than a tikka what say you?

I love Franchi shotguns, but from what I've seen, I wouldn't be interested in their rifles yet. And as a general rule, I wouldn't go cheaper than a Tikka unless there was something specific about the alternative that just wasn't available with the Tikka. And there are a lot of much more expensive guns that won't do what a Tikka will do for accuracy, reliability in different environments, and durability.
