Just strongly recommending you take a listen to the latest Rockslide podcast: "Banning Hunting Technology in Idaho? When is High-Tech Too Much?"
Pretty strong stuff there. Notably, the podcast doesn't come to many strong conclusions, but does educate us on how hard it is to crack the problem of Game Animal Conservation versus rapidly advancing hunting technology. I know most of us are gear junkies, but this discussion will make you think about the bigger picture of how all that new gear impacts harvests and thus animal populations.
