The specs look virtually identical to the current MHG. If the image quality is anywhere near equal to the MHG in that new and improved chassis it is bound to be a spectacular binocular - especially at the $500 and under price-point. I may just have to buy one and find out.

Interesting. Huge FOV for the 10x42.
Honestly the last Monarch 7 is probably the best MIC Bino ever in my book.

HG has a superb view just never trusted the durability. The Monarch MIC 20-60x82 gets superb reviews as well from bird forums.

Does anyone have any update or use with the 8x30 model?

I recently started using a turkey vest for run-n-gun hunting. It doesn’t play nicely with my bino harness (that I use 10x42’s in)

I’m thinking of buying the M7 8x30 using a significant discount and keeping inside the vest pocket while turkey hunting.
