I put in with an outfitter for a few different hunts in New Mexico mostly OIL tags. This year I get an email saying they will charge a processing fee of $25 for sheep and $10 per every other animal. I actually laughed out loud on this one.
His reasoning is that he has to spend time verifying that the paperwork is correct and that the agreements he has are the only ones that use his licensing number. While I'm fine with any small business owner doing what they see fit with their business this is a joke. If you need more money raise your hunt fees.
Is this a trend or is One On One Adventures the only one doing this?
