We drove by the fire in the springs in Sunday....it did not look good!

On a woodburner, it takes me probably 10 minutes to get the stove hot enough to cook. Then it takes 8-10 minutes to boil two cups, then 7-10 minutes in the MH bag, then 2-4 minutes stirring and cool down. Total is around 34 minutes give or take before I'm eating.

Just for grins I broke out the small Kifaru tonight to see how long it took me to boil. I've never really timed it before and with tonights cool weather, it made for a nice evening in the backyard for Jr. and I making a cup of hot cocoa. From lighting the fire to having 2 cups of boiling water, it took us 8 minutes.
