New Leica rangefinder CRF R

Looks to be a new rangefinder from Leica on their site called CRF R.

Anyone checked one out yet ?

It's the same as the CRF-2400R with a plastic body

I need to know, when in EHR mode:
Does it show true range and then flash EHR 2 seconds later, or does it just show EHR in an instant?

Can’t speak to CRF-R, but the new CRF Pro does display EHR first. I just made a post about it in the optics forum. I’d say if they input that capability into the Pro model, it’s possible the R model may have it also.

Hopefully someone can comment soon if the new CFR-r displays EHR immediately.
