It is not necessarily designed to, but you could probably make it work. The pack accessory pouch would be a better option for mating to it.

If you have another bag like the 5200/7200 with a lid, you can also rig up a clip/straps and use the lid on the 1850 for extra storage.

Here is the stalker and the accessory pouch on the outside of the 1850. They both can attach the same on the top. On the bottom they match up perfectly to the two loops your straps go through. Only difference is the way to attach just bc of the hardware on the stalker/pouch. I tried showing it in pics.

To me it’s very Easy to get the bag off to use the load shelf or to put the load sling on. I love the bag. I had the venture 2200 which is basically the same bag, that’s a hair bigger and just had internal frame. I loved that bag so I know I’m good there. I never used the old suspension so I can’t speak on it. The best comparison I have to this is my MR GL frame and suspension. And from the short(1.5 miles 60lb Mortar mix) weighted hike I did with this setup it’s way more comfortable than it was. Time will tell for sure though but I’m definitely excited about it.

My 4000 came with the same set of quick connect straps that are shown with the pro bags. The sell them as a separate item if want additional. I haven’t tried their bow holder but like the idea of it protecting the bottom cam.

Now that you mention it I’m not sure. I got two one piece and two with a buckle when I bought my bag. Online it looks like one pair of the one piece.
