Featuring a 3K carbon weave for increased durability, faster in-flight arrow recovery, tighter spine consistency, and increased strength to weight ratio for higher FOC. Fletched at 2.25° right helical with Iron Will 2.5 vanes for unmatched stability and accuracy with broadheads while minimizing drag, wind drift and sound. Available in full length fletched shafts or precision machined to your exact specifications. Matched with our Reinforced HIT System, we believe this is the ultimate hunting arrow setup. Checkout the full video for more details and let me know what you think.

$279 for a dozen full length fletched arrows. We charge $90/doz for a machinist to cut and square both ends and install components if you want them precision machined and built for you.
Whew I was just writing a real bitchy reply comparing IW to UV if these were $370/doz. Before I clicked post I figured I had better check for myself and realized the price, $280/doz fletched is not astronomical.

I shoot IW single bevel lefts and enjoy fletching my own arrows so this release doesn't do much for me personally, but I am happy to see that IW believes that the RIP TKO is the best hunting arrow out there. I bought 6 for 3d this year to test out and possibly replace the Rampages I currently run.

I don’t see an option other then 12 pack with carry case. Don’t see any other option. If I click on 31 inch arrow price stays the same. I’m sure I’m doing something wrong

That's $280 without components. $403.80 with components before shipping and tax.

Yeah I can't argue that there are cheaper options. But bare shaft RIP TKOs are $220 so fletching them for $60 to me is not that bad of a deal.

I fell IW generally does a good job with their margins but it is easy for a company to get greedy in an attempt to make quick cash and when that happens they loose my good will, see Ultraview.

I will have to look into the pricing on these a little deeper I guess to make sure I still feel IW is being honest.

I have no real feelings on it, I was just listing the price. I do custom builds and I can see with premium components how you get to $404 for a dozen.

Man, I'm glad I stocked up on these a few years ago. They should last me the rest of my lifetime. I'm still shooting my original dozen of 250's with 75gr brass HIT's and no collars, and no damage or broken arrows yet.

After spending nearly 30 years in manufacturing I’m shocked it takes a machinist to cut and square arrows and glue in components. That sure seems like an underutilization of an employee’s skill set. It’s either that or marketing hyperbole.

I can’t understand this either.

Then again, I also can’t understand how anyone who shoots archery to any extent at all wouldn’t have an arrow saw and fletching jig so they can fletch their own arrows. However, my local shop has a backlog of more than 10 days of shafts people want fletched / re-fletched.

It doesn't take a machinist to cut arrows on a $100 arrow saw. Anyone can do this. It takes a machinist to run a CNC machine, which is what we use. We do get them perfectly square where an arrow saw does not. The little squaring tools don't work that great either. I want my arrows perfectly square so that all the force from the string through the nock pushes evenly on the end of the shaft. If the arrow is not square, most of the force will push on one side or the other making arrows flex and fly a little bit differently. I also want to minimize any runout at the tip. Do these slight improvements really matter and is it worth it? That is up to you. Personally I am trying to reduce any variability to improve long range accuracy with broadheads, so I've wanted this for years.
