New header bar looks cool

Jus got on the site and was surprised at the change. I don't know how long it's been up, but I just saw it, and I like it. I like the old one too.

Came up around 2 am EST and I like it. Much easier to see the log in and notification bar.

My header bar didn't change. The only change I saw was the new ad on the right side covering 30% of my screen now.
