New Hardshell

Looking for a new hardshell. Looking for something that will do it all...hunt, ski, hike, fish ect. Anyone have opinions? Looking at Arcteryx leaf, westcomb. Thanks.

What I have is an arcteryx goretex shell. It is well made and I use it for all of those activities. When I wear it out though I will be looking for a different material. It just doesn't breath as well as some of the new fabrics that have become available recently. I have tried the eVent fabric jackets and they breath noticably better than gore tex. I'm interested in polartec's new neoshell material as well. That get's close to the non hardshell catagory but I believe from reviews i've read on it that it is plenty waterproof enough to handle the vast majority of my uses, including backpack hunting.

I've been eyeballing the "Slick" jacket from Simms Fishing products. Tried one on at the Fly shop… pretty sweet! Comes in a earthy neutral "Loden" colour too...
