I was here previously and stepped away. Tried to come back but I think my old account was cancelled. I was Newbie.

Only hunted a few times unsuccessfully and life got in the way. Just looking to learn over time.

Hunting can be as simple or as complex as you want it to be. Plenty of gear rabbit holes members go down on Rokslide, don't let those distract you from just getting a tag and going hunting with whatever you have and adding improved gear later on.

Currently living in a shotgun only area. I have gone out for turkey and deer using different ammo and chokes. Beretta A300.

I would love to go into a rifle county and learn to hunt in a more open area but I’m green. I have a Bergara B14 with a Z3 3-10.

So I’ll be soaking up as much info as possible here. Wonderful site.

I’m also a photographer
