I had a renewed interest in hunting after a deer/motorcycle accident where I was fortunate to have walked away after t-boning a deer at 45 mph. I thought I should do my part and help harvest a few animals when I can. I grew up hunting in NY state. It had been around 12 years since I hunted last in Ny with my dad. I was able to put in some good days around Tahoe and fill my first bear tag and then my deer tag wth my first mule deer ever. Stoked on it all.
