First post here from British Columbia. Was in southern Alberta for a few years where I started day trip hunting before relocating to BC. I have mostly hunted waterfowl. Did my first overnight trip last fall for blacktail which was unsuccessful but found a few good areas to return to.
Trying to get in better shape and refine my gear a bit, I have lots of backpacking equipment but it’s cheap and bulky.
I have made my goal a goat trip in 2027 and see that there is great tips and advice here.
