New cabelas pack???

Cabelas has a new pack out. Looks pretty good. It's light at under 4 lbs. Anybody seen one or know anything about them?

quite a resemblance to kelty red cloud. that wouldnt be a bad thing.
as far as the weight, its par for the materials and what id guess it will carry

Just a lower retail priced and a little bigger version of the Badlands Sacrifice which is a copy of the above linked Osprey Atmos. The belt pockets look bigger than the Sacrifice.

yup, that looks an aweful like my badlands Sacrifice which is good upto about 40lbs loaded. After that your shoulders will hate you.

Much of what Cabelas sells is a farmed out, rebadged product.

It does help scratch the backs of many smaller companies, but in turn floods the market with lesser quality replicas.

I took a look at this bag over the weekend. Seems to fit well and has great ventilation, looks nice, but man is the fabric noisy. Doesn’t seem as big as they claim either. The noise was enough to scare me away from this thing.
