Should I be seating that dummy round a little deeper so that the heel of the bullet is at the neck/shoulder junction?

I usually like to. You get the all the possible neck tension your case has to offer and still keep from crowding your powder column.

I've got a good amount of bearing surface now, im just worried about not having enough down the road as the throat erodes

I think ill go 20 thousandths deeper. Now with a creedmoor cartridge is there risk running out of case capacity with say h4350? Or do they pressure out way before being compressed?

You Will not end up with a compressed load and h4350. 40-43gr seems where a lot of them end up. N555 is another good one depending on your particular barrel and chamber.

I'm going to pick up some rl 16, n555, and h4350 and see what works best

Credit card just got hit for my bartlein barrel blank! Feel like I just drew a good tag or something 😆

Its pretty cool that it only took 6 weeks from when I ordered it. I caught them right in time during a 25 cal production run.
