The Serac Knife is another knife we are releasing today. Just like all the knives in our lineup, this is a do-it-all knife for field butchering, but with a fatter belly than our Carbon Knife those that prefer a larger blade profile. Importanly, we still put a modified drop point on the Serac for working in tight spaces, cutting out backstraps and anything else you need for field butchering.. Made from S35VN steel, this thing is razor sharp and will hold an edge through any big game animal. We also put a sharpened ferro rod striker on the spine, in addiiton to our textured G10 removable handles. Shoot me any questions in this thread!
