Cheapest fees in the west for units you can't even draw in a lifetime. There's a reason for that, has something to do with the continued Expo taking tags from the NR pool and giving them to the highest bidder.

And EXPO tags don’t go to the highest bidder? I’ve bought tickets before, they’re $5 a piece if I remember right?

On top of the auctioned tags. I didn't mean for this to turn into an expo/utah thread, but the whole utah system is a joke/is questionable for "wildlife conservation"
