Nevada elk landowner tag unit 76-81

I am very interested in purchasing a landowner elk tag that covers unit 76-81 in NE Nevada, I checked with one guide in that area but he said he didn’t have any avb, any insight on who I should contact?

Check with the Winecup Ranch and see what they have. I helped a friend on a muzzleloader elk hunt in that unit group quite a few years ago. We had a blast, saw a lot of elk. Just don’t be surprised when you find them in what you’d think is pronghorn habitat.

Can you buy tags from them directly or do you have to partner with their outfitter? I did reach out to them but was curious what you found hunting there

Chris Hall with western wildlife adventures controls the hunting on the wine cup. He’s who’d I recommend reaching out to.

Pretty sure asking about how to acquire specific tags is 100% okay. What gets posts deleted is asking about the details of different units.

Yeah that’s what is weird I didn’t ask about specific info, I know the units and was just looking for a tag. Same as this post. Neither here nor there just find it funny

In that case, reach out to one of the mods - they're good dudes, and will explain what was up or straighten things out with you. But asking about how to get a landowner tag for a specific unit is 100% permitted as far as I know.
