I have about 60lbs of hamburger left from my 2021 season. I am wanting to turn this in to jerky. So ill be using either a pellet smoker or a normal dehydrator. I've used the typical Worchester/soy/smoke type stuff marinades. I have several good ones but, I'm looking for something different just to try them. I am making and prepping this for my sept high country deer hunt. What do you got? Let me know what you do.
