Need some help with Hornady load data

Found an old box of 139gr Hornady .284 bullets, but don't have a Hornady manual....

would someone be willing to look up load data for the .280 Rem using IMR 4831 and let me know what the recommended powder charge is?

It'd be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

IMR4831 should be a good powder. FYI The book states "IMR4350 and H 4831 gave best results in the 280 Remington throughout the range of bullets tested."
