Need pricing for Landowner Antelope tag in NM

I may have an opportunity to buy up some landowner Antelope tags in Harding County, NM. It's either western unit 59 or else unit 47 - not sure which. Does anyone know what a "fair" price is for these tags? Both buck and doe tag prices needed. I want to be very fair with the landowner! Supposedly, they have some really great bucks and are covered up in Antelope.
