I am getting ready to start training again. I do a mixture of CrossFitish training. I was just recently prescribed to wear custom orthotics full length. Doc recommend a shoe with neutral support so the orthotic does it job.
any suggestions on shoes? I was thinking maybe NoBull. they seem to have little to no arch support. reebok nano X but I believe these do have more support than I need.
