Need 2x Pairs of First Lite Pants for Elk (Archery + Rifle)

I get a good deal on First Lite and like their clothing for my needs. I am a new hunter and getting my gear for the upcoming season in 2026. I plan on both archery & rifle, live in Idaho and will ideally hunt Sept/Oct/Nov. Looking to hopefully find 2 pairs of pants that can suit my needs. I was leaning towards a combo of the 308 lined pants in Fusion & Corrugate Foundry in Fusion. Now I am starting to think that might be a bit redundant. Wondering if I should switch to a 308 pant in Fusion (for archery) since it's lighter and I'll hunt early season for archery, and then Corrugate Foundry in Terra. Not really sure if camo for rifle is really that big of a deal vs just a neutral earth tone. Open to other suggestions too. Ideally trying to stick to two pants.

I dont buy camo clothing anymore because I buy from so many brands (hunting and non hunting). I experiment with a lot of different options, sell what I dont like and continually add to my wardrobe. I had many shades green and brown and wearing everything together I actually end up with some nice camoflague. Additionally, camoflague doesn’t alleviate your need to manage the wind and your micro/ macro movements. Micro meaning dont fisget around when up in a tree stand hunting whitetail; turn slowly to monitor your surroundings; etc. macro meaning not skylining yourself on a ridge during rifle season.

That being said, camo can be a benefit when you are close to animals and if you are dead set on a specific brand then you may be better off to just go all in. Hunting brands purposefully set up their lines so you cant overlap your clothes to different pursuits without mis matching. For those reasons I stick with earth tones.

In regards to the pants, I own the corrugate foundary pant and I love mine. The cargo pockets are actually usable based on their location and structure. Hip vents are great. Zippers are robust. Pants are very comfortable. They have a little noise to them but I have bow hunted in them no problem. The only negative from me is the fabric does tear pretty easily. I have rips, holes and burn marks on mine.

Because you said you were open to other suggestions ... Get a pair of prana zions or similar and 2 different weights on merino long johns- 100 gsm for warm seasons, 200 (+) gsm for cold seasons That combo will keep you comfortable from September to Thanksgiving. More versatile and cheaper.
