It’s right up there with the best I’ve had. There isn’t really an elky taste to him like my mountain bulls had. Their body sizes are just so much bigger than the bulls I’ve been around in Wyoming and Colorado. I have over 500 lbs of packaged meat in my freezer from him…. All the ones I’ve guided here have been exactly the same way. They’re just bigger.
