A new guy from ND, I have been a lurker for almost a year and I figured I should actually introduce myself and post once in awhile. I live in Bismarck and mostly mule deer hunt in the badlands and whitetail hunt in the central part of the state. I just finished my first DIY Elk hunt in the Idaho Sawtooth Mountains with my bow, it had been 21 years since I was in the mountains last. I was stationed in Alaska in the early 90s with the USAF and really missed the mountains but service commitments, family and funds always seemed to get in the way. Great sight and I have learned a lot from all of you, thanks for that. If anyone ever has any questions about hunting the ND Badlands please drop me a line and I will be glad to help.

Welcome from Tioga. New to the state so I havent hunted here much except for upland game and ducks. Been thinking about trying the badland though since everytime I drive through there I almost hit a pile of deer. A guy I work with drew his ND moose tag on his first year of applying
Hey go4thegusto if you dont already have a moose scouted out I know where some are and would be willing help you out. I've also got some time off work this week and would love to tag along on your hunt
