Chris. Will this work with the K3? I can get acrobatic enough to get my bottle out but trying to put it back in I feel like Randy from Christmas story wearing all those coats trying to put his arms down. It gets old having a partner put it back in the stretchy side pocket.

It will work anywhere you can make molle work. Molle doesn't have to interface with molle - you can attach it to any strap or belt. I don't think you'd have any problem adding it to the strap on the K3 belt with a little ingenuity. This is the back of that pouch:

You would just skip a row of molle to attach it to a 2" piece of webbing like on the K3 belt.

Do you use it mounted on your pack or belt?

I have the SG holster as well on my solo. When mounted to the webbing on the belt I absolutely hated it. Got in the way constantly.

Moved it further back and off the webbing and it’s perfect now. Not in the way at all but still accessible
