i hate traveling for work. i volunteered for an assignment and it has me flying all over.

i'm finally wrapping my head around the Mission Rover. last week i flew to TX to meet family. i packed a tiny bit of gear for quail hunting.

the travel pack is a win. i realized this when i pushed my nasty, muddy, burred covered boots (the Soloman Quest) into the shoe pocket. everything is isolated and stays clean!!

i learned how to properly fold a dress shirt (wrinkle free fabric) and it comes out unscathed from the pack. i did buy the crappy packing cubes from Amazon to supplement my poor organization skills.

next week, will be the first time i carry is on the plane. up till now, the knife i brought (or booze) required me to check the thing as luggage.

if i had one complaint..the main zipper. if you over stuff the pack, zipping it requires Herculean fingers. and there simply are too many zippers to fumble with when you are looking for the correct one..some colored para-cord should remedy that easily.

Is there any way to strap anything to the outside? Looking for something to have for some every day use but be able to strap swimming fins on the back when I snorkel.

What's the retail on this puppy?

I have the mission wheelie and I really like it. Really solid as a carry on. I prefer the wheels for work travel. Glad someone in the hunting community makes something like this

+1 on the wheelie. Love mine. I have used a North face base camp duffle for personal travel for years. My only pet peeve is lack of organization. The MR Rover has me thinking.
