I am currently using the MR Marshall. It has been a great bag for me and totally bomb proof. Two issues I have with it are weight - its about 2lbs heavier than other market options, and pocket setup. The two spotting scope type pockets are not very functional.

I am considering picking up a used Icon 7200 or new 7800 Icon pro. Has anyone else used these two different setups? If so please share your preference and why.

Just to confirm, you're looking at a used Icon Pro 7200 or new Pro 7800. They dropped the "Icon" on the latest version. I have an Icon Pro 5200 bag (same layout as the 7800 but smaller) and the new Pro suspension.

The bags are very similar, with the Pro having some slight changes to increase functionality and they upgraded the strap connections. The dual zip side pockets are awesome and it would be hard to use anything without a full horseshoe zip for the main compartment now. I feel like there are just enough pockets and straps without being excessive.

For the suspension, the older suspension was comfortable, but the Pro version is even more comfortable to me.

May be some helpful info in this thread. I am running the 7800 and the 3600 after having run the MR. No regrets.
